16-hours Market-Fit
As is widely known, most startups fail due to product-market misfit. How good would it be if it is validated it in real world scenario with real customers?
Spanning over two Saturdays, these 16 hours of intense brainstorming, product positioning, presentation, and talking to customers will help founders get the real and unbiased feedback on their product. On a best endevour, real mapped potential customers are arranged for a genuine feedback for the participating venture. It will also help them discover right price. This will become the base for their effective Go-To-Market strategy.
Format
Program runs through 9 am to 5 pm on two Saturdays. The engagement is hybrid - virtual and offline as it suits and both formats will be as effective.
Who should Join?
The focus is on sector agnostic ventures who are using IT as a strategic core of their business model. Venture are expected to be in product development or early launch stage. Founders are expected to possess some work-experience. Up to 2 founders can join the program for each venture.
Charges
Invitation Price for the Program is Rs 9,000 plus GST

11:30 - 12:00 Review program agenda and introduce speakers, community leaders
12:00 - 13:00 Group Mentoring Sessions
13:00 - 14:00 Request can be placed for mentor sessions
13:00 - 13:30 Lunch and Networking Break
13:30 - 14:30 Session on Sales pitch preparation, storytelling
14:30 - 16:30 Mock Product selling discussion with Mentors
16:30 - 17:00 Ask questions, gather and consolidate feedback, challenges observed and co-creation of solutions
Work on your GTM based on the feedback received during these sessions, till the next session on Saturday
